1971-72 C10 3 inch Drop Spindle 1971-72 Chevrolet C10 3 inch Drop Spindle - pair. Our spindles are designed to lower your truck properly with the maximum amount of drop. However, certain wheels with an extreme amount of back spacing (positive offset) will cause interference with an outer edge of the lower A frame. A small 5/16 inch wheel spacer is the best solution to the problem. Some stock 8 inch wide GM Rally Wheels are not recommended for use with our spindles due to the extreme offset. Slight grinding of the A-frame is acceptable. Do not structurally alter the part. Since 1983 Belltech engineers developed one of the industry firsts that enabled the Sport Truck craze, the Belltech Drop Spindle. By relocating the wheel mounting point a.k.a. spindle pin higher on the spindle casting, our engineers were able to provide a 2-3” lowering without affecting any other suspension or steering geometry, not even the shock absorber! Belltech Drop Spindles offer a 2 or 3 inch drop depending on the application, while improving handling and retaining factory ride quality. Belltech spindles maintain critical suspension geometry and eliminate excessive ball joint, shock and tire wear common to other methods of lowering. Items marked as discounted or clearance are being sold at a reduced price and are not eligble for return. Items marked as Special order are not returnable for any reason. All returns require prior authorization. Parts sent back without authorization will be refused or destroyed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except on items shipped back due to defective from new or item not as described.
Credit for returns that are approved and accepted will be credited back to the customer less a 10% handling & restocking fee with a minimum charge of $20.
