All returns require prior authorization. Parts sent back without authorization will be refused or destroyed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except on items shipped back due to defective from new or item not as described.
Credit for returns that are approved and accepted will be credited back to the customer less a 10% handling & restocking fee with a minimum charge of $20.
