Warranty does not cover damage by abuse, moisture or dropping. Our new economy hoverboards are great for beginners and others wanting a hoverboard without spending as much money. Built using a 24 volt control system means a lower top speed and reduced range which is good for beginners. These hoverboards use a dual control system instead of our standard 3 piece motherboard/sideboard setup, Combining this with a 24 volt battery and 250 watt motors enables us to lower the price while still providing a quality product. Items marked as discounted or clearance are being sold at a reduced price and are not eligble for return. Items marked as Special order are not returnable for any reason. All returns require prior authorization. Parts sent back without authorization will be refused or destroyed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except on items shipped back due to defective from new or item not as described.
Credit for returns that are approved and accepted will be credited back to the customer less a 10% handling & restocking fee with a minimum charge of $20.
