H4M HID bulb, Moving, 8000K HID bulbs should always be replaced in pairs unless it is a new installation, if one bulb fails the other will fail soon and the colour will be different This HID driving light puts out massive amounts of light at a low price making it the best value for your money. Items marked as discounted or clearance are being sold at a reduced price and are not eligble for return. Items marked as Special order are not returnable for any reason. All returns require prior authorization. Parts sent back without authorization will be refused or destroyed. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges except on items shipped back due to defective from new or item not as described.
Credit for returns that are approved and accepted will be credited back to the customer less a 10% handling & restocking fee with a minimum charge of $20.
